BT was founded in 1946 and established in Mjolby in 1952 where it is operational within the material handling equipment sector; or, more precisely, trucks for internal material handling and related services. BT is part of Toyota Material Handling Group (TMHG) which is part of Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO). TMHG is divided into 4 geographical business areas: Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) with offices in Brussels, Mjolby and Linkoping. Manufacturing plants in France, Italy and Mjolby. Sales and service companies in more than 30 European countries. Our products are sold under the brand names BT, Toyota and Cesab. Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) has five manufacturing plants. Sales are mainly handled by independent dealers and the brands are Toyota, Raymond and Lift-Rite.
