Operating in its local governmental capacity (as a public body), the primary duty of the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry is to advance the development and organizational development of the Budapest economy, the integrity of market behavior, and the enforcement of the general, shared interests of economic actors. As the Chamber with the largest number of members, we play a fundamental role in the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce system, namely, we are defining factors within the economic and social aspects of Budapests public life.
