BUILD UMass

BUILD UMass is UMass Amhersts only existing tech-consulting non-profit organization on campus. With a focus on social impact, community-building, and self-growth, our members are full-time students who work hard to fulfill our promise of the pro-bono services we offer to nonprofits, startups, student groups, and local businesses. With a venue for real-world experience, our members actively gain academic and practical knowledge regarding software development, web development, consulting, project management, and overall skills in collaboration and communication. Since 2018, the year of its founding, BUILD has increased its numbers of members as well as its projects and clients, and we are proud to say our members are brilliant students and professionals who end up working for top companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Google, Amazon, Dell, and more.
