Build-Zone Survey Services Limited (BZSS)

Build-Zone Survey Services Ltd (BZSS) is a specialist auditing and project management company and whilst independent, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sennocke International Insurance Services. BZSS was formed to provide an in-house technical construction team to provide on-site auditing and technical advice across their portfolio of Clients. Part of this is to provide technical support to one of their trading styles called Build-Zone who are a Latent Defect Warranty provider. For Warranty Providers such as Build-Zone, we are able to provide the Self-Builder who is looking to build their own home through to Developers building multiple plot or commercial schemes, a bespoke and cost effective service in the provision of Technical Auditing. This ultimately ensures a high quality of build to enable a Warranty to be issued.
