Buteras Fine Foods

Buteras is an Italian restaurant based on Long Island with locations in Woodbury and Sayville and soon to be Bayshore. In the early 1990s Brothers Gary and Martin Butera opened their first restaurant in Smithtown. Over the years, Buteras became known on Long Island for our signature chicken meatball. As our chicken meatball recipe gained popularity among patrons, we were encouraged to package and sell our famous chicken meatball. A few years ago, we decided to actually do it! Now, about three years into the retail business, our Chicken Meatballs are sold in nearly 200 locations across the Tri-state area. We currently have three varieties of Chicken Meatball - Restaurant Original, Cauliflower and Roasted Tomato (Gluten Free), and our NEW Spinach & Asiago Cheese.
