Byng Public Schools

Pirate Pride is steeped in a rich heritage of excellence and tradition. The Byng district wraps around the city of Ada from the northwest to southeast. We have approximately 1750 students in grades PK-12 at five sites. We have an ethnically diverse student body. Three of our sites are on the main campus in Byng: Byng Elementary (grades 4-6), Byng Junior High (grades 7-9), and Byng High School (grades 10-12). Francis Elementary (grades PK-3) is located two miles east of the Byng campus. Homer Elementary (grades PK-5) is located within the city of Ada on north Monte Vista. Byng Elementary has been honored as a distinguished state Title I school and as a national Title I school. Francis Elementary has been honored as a distinguished state Title I school. Homer Elementary is currently recognized as a No Child Left Behind Blue Ribbon School by the United States Department of Education.
