We will represent clients on both sides of the transaction, whether sale or lease. Our goal is exclusive listings, but when suitable, we will do a non-exclusive listing agreement. We promote transparency and integrity through ethical transactions. Our primary market is Thailand, with a focus on regional Phuket, Samui and Bangkok. We will, however do business anywhere that makes sense
