Turquoise Cottage was a dream that transitioned in to reality in 1997. With a vision to provide fine dining at affordable prices Turquoise Cottage - TC original 1997 is now known through Delhi & NCR today. Turquoise Cottage - TC original 1997 was the first to have an open live kitchen in Delhi. It began at a small place located in Adchini, New Delhi where the first Turquoise Cottage was opened. Then followed the next Turquoise Cottage in Gurgaon. TC an offshoot of Turquoise Cottage - TC original 1997 began later introducing ROCK music for the 1st time ever in Delhi/NCR. The brain child of Mr. Sanjay Khullar, the idea behind the name was to serve fine oriental flavors. A brief history comes from the first Millennium AD that saw a big increase in the popularity of Turquoise with the Chinese who were captivated by the blue stone.
