With over 500 plants throughout the state producing aggregate, concrete, cement, asphalt, industrial minerals, and construction products, our members have been supplying the materials that ARE the foundation of our states economy for over a hundred years, including, public infrastructure; homes, schools, and hospitals; growing crops and feeding livestock; and plays a key role in manufacturing consumer products, including shingles, paint, low-energy light bulbs, and battery technology for electric cars and windmills
