Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA)

CAMFEBA, established in July 2000, is legally registered as the national and independent federation of employers in Cambodia. We gather employers to stand together in a unified voice to promote and safeguard the interests of employers on Industrial Relations, Skills, and Social Security in Cambodia. CAMFEBA also provides a forum for consultation and discussion for members to seek legal clarification and industries practices on labour law implementation, human resources development, and industrial relations in Cambodia. Our membership comprises of business associations, non-profit organizations, and private companies. We are collectively representing approximately 2,500 enterprises in many sectors
