We are a multi-specialty center dedicated to providing evidence-based therapy, consultation, and training for adults and youth in the greater Boston area, Massachusetts, and beyond. We were formed by Harvard-trained psychologists with expertise in anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, substance use problems, borderline personality disorder, post-traumatic-stress disorder, and other related conditions. Our Approach Our work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), executive functioning coaching, and many more techniques that lead to positive changes in our clients lives. These approaches are backed by decades of research demonstrating their effectiveness for mental health conditions and improving quality of life.
