Cancer Focus Northern Ireland is a local charity working to help individuals and their families who have been affected by a cancer diagnosis. In addition to a range of support services, we deliver a number of cancer prevention programmes right across Northern Ireland to help communities take positive steps to a healthier life and lower their risk of cancer. We are determined to bring a more hopeful future through the ground-breaking research we fund at Queens University, Belfast. Cancer Focus NI offers: Care We provide one-to-one and group support for people who have been affected by a cancer diagnosis and their family members. We provide a range of therapies and activities that can support people at each stage of their cancer experience. Prevention Our Cancer Prevention department runs projects throughout Northern Ireland for people of all ages, to increase cancer awareness and lower cancer risk.
