Candour Productions is a female led, multi-award winning independent production company, based in Leeds in the UK. We create powerful, premium documentary films that make a difference. Our Founder Anna Hall took home the hugely prestigious Grierson Trustees award in 2023; shes the only woman ever to have been nominated in two consecutive years for Best Factual Director at the BAFTA Craft Awards, and in 2021 she won Best Producer at the Women in Film & Television Awards. In 2023 we won the BAFTA Factual Series for our 3-part box set for Sky, Libby are you home yet?; the Broadcast Digital Award for best True Crime in 2023; the RTS Journalism Award; The AIB for Best Investigation; The Women in Film & TV Best Factual Award.
