Caney Creek Fire

The Caney Creek Volunteer Fire Department is a Combination volunteer/career department. We provide Fire Suppression and EMS service to roughly a 52 square mile area of Central Montgomery County, Texas. Caney Creek Volunteer Fire Department (AKA, Caney Creek Fire & Rescue) has approximately 16 Volunteer Firefighters, 32 Career Firefighters, a Career Fire Chief, and a Senior Command Staff who respond to an average of 1200+ calls annually out of five fire stations. Station 81 houses our administrative offices and Stations 83, 84 and 85 houses apparatus for our volunteer members. Stations 81 and 82 are staffed 24 /7 with career firefighters manning one Engine Company, one Rescue and one Brush Truck at each station. Our volunteer members are on call and also staff Stations 83 & 84 twelve hours each night.
