Cape Byron Distillery

Cape Byron Distillery is a family owned and operated distillery in the hinterland of Byron Bay. We specialise in premium spirits inspired by our region of the Northern Rivers. We are working with one of the worlds most awarded distillers, Jim McEwan. Jim is the only distiller in the world to be awarded Master Distiller of the year on three occasions, and in 2014 was given a Hall of Fame lifetime achievement award. He truly is a Master of his craft. For the past 30 years, our family has been regenerating rainforest planting over 35,000 subtropical rainforest trees. This is where the inspiration for our first product comes from, Brookies Byron Dry Gin.
