Capeco was founded over 10 years ago by a group of Belgium investors. Having studied the new South African democracy from a distance, the group decided in 1996 to invest in South Africa. Recognizing the potential investment opportunity in the property market, the investors decided to develop the available property gap in Plettenberg Bay and Port Elizabeth.
