CAPSTONE SEEDS SOUTH AFRICA is a privately owned Agricultural Seed company whose Head Office is situated in Howick, a small town 100 kms from the port of Durban, just off the main highway to Johannesburg. The company also has three factories for seed processing located in Harrismith, Potchefstroom (where there is also a Research and Development team) and Mooi River in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. The company handles an extensive range of seed from pasture and forage seed to hybrid maize and sunflower seed - these seeds are adapted to a wide range of conditions. The company has also developed varieties that have been bred by the Agricultural Research Council (ARC), Nelson Genetics Dr Sydney Nelson, and many others. The Company processes a wide range of seed for agricultural purposes, sourced from registered growers countrywide.
