Captain Cooks Food

I am a NY-based cook, on a mission to make sure that I explore every aspect of food that is humanly possible. We make hot sauce, spice rubs, recipes, and usually uncomfortable social situations. I do not identify as a chef, but I do identify as a pirate so you will address me as such. Just as you would a Captain of a ship. I started cooking a long, long time ago (in a galaxy far away). My parents were the biggest teachers of mine as far as culinary influence and guidance. They were not afraid to show me how to use a knife as a child. Which (now that I think about) was a really bad move on their part. Kids, dont play with knives... State: NY Dietary Restrictions: Cowardice and weak-willed men.
