Cara Connects is a mission driven staffing firm dedicated to sourcing quality candidates to fill critical entry-level positions at leading Chicago-area companies. Our employment partners gain access to a highly motivated, hand-selected pool of candidates who are eager, excited, and ready to hit the ground running. We are an enterprise of Cara, a workforce and leadership development organization helping people affected by poverty find and keep quality employment and, more important, rebuild hope, self-esteem and opportunity for themselves and their families in the process.
