Carabao Tawandang Co. Ltd. was established and incorporated on 22nd August 2001, with initial registered capital at the time of incorporation of one million Baht and launched our flagship energy drink product under line the brand Carabao Dang on 28th October 2002. Carabao Tawandang is a joint venture between Mr. Yuenyong Opakul or Add Carabao, the founder and lead singer of Thailands most successful song-for-life band Carabao and German Tawandang Brewery a restaurant owned by Mr. Sathien Setthasit and Ms. Nutchamai Thanombooncharoen. The companys flagship product name, Carabao Dang comes from the band Carabao, combined with Tawandang. As the company grew, the shareholders foresaw the need to shift the companys strategy into a fully integrated business model, expanding operations into sourcing, production, marketing, and distribution.
