Established in 2009, Caramel Group is a Dubai-based hospitality development and management company. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Caramel Group is a hospitality development and management company founded by Mohammed Al Hashimi in 2009. The Caramel Group portfolio currently includes flagship venue, Caramel Restaurant & Lounge - Dubai, which opened at the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre in March 2010. The unprecedented success of Caramel Dubai, saw a natural progression for the brand to open its second venue in the U.A.E. capital, Abu Dhabi the following year.
