(Carbozulia), state-owned corporation of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela of the Oil & Gas sector, and Peabody Energy, the worlds largest private-sector coal company. It is an integrated coal company in charge of exploration, production, transportation and marketing of coal for electricity generation and use of steel in the global energy market.
