Our organizations name, Cardinal Buoy came from the concept of how important the cardinal mark in sea navigation is. A cardinal mark is a sea mark, used in maritime inland navigation to indicate the position of a hazard and direction of safe water where the ship can pass in relation to the cardinal or compass direction (north, east, south, or west). Like the cardinal mark that guides the ship to navigate in a safe water, Cardinal Buoy mission is Helping OFWs and ordinary people how to become financially independent thru sound financial planning. To teach others how to grow their money in the simplest possible way and to teach people how they can grow as a person so that they can in turn influence others in a positive way.
