Cardinal Homebuilders was acquired by Tom Wiener Sr in the 1950s. Shortly after the purchase he started selling the homes he was building and started Cardinal Realty in the 1960s. Tom Jr. obtained his real estate license at 18 years old and in 1978, completed his business degree from the University of Minnesota. Family involvement continues with his sister Deanna serving as a Broker and Realtor, wife June working as a Realtor, son Tony specializing in new construction & daughter Laura managing Cardinal Remodeling. Cardinal Remodeling was established in the late 1990s. We use the same subcontractors consistently, so we are sure of their skill and commitment.
