Founded by Saint Lukes Mid America Heart Institute. Instead of addressing cardiovascular, diabetes, and kidney conditions or risk factors separately, the Cardiometabolic Center Alliance has taken a novel approach to treating these comorbidities togetherproviding team-based, comprehensive care specifically tailored for each patient. The Cardiometabolic Center Alliance provides its members with the proper training, protocols, and resources needed to establish their own Centers of Excellence.
