Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution

The Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution (CJCR) is the countrys preeminent legal journal of arbitration, negotiation, mediation, settlement, and restorative justice. We are one of the most heavily-cited legal publications in the field of Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution, ranked as seventh in the United States in this broad category. The Journal is affiliated with Benjamin N. Cardozo Law Schools Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution, which is itself ranked as the sixth best dispute resolution program in the country. Edited by third-year law students and staffed by second-year law students, the Journal publishes on issues at the cutting edge of legal and academic thought. We publish three issues annually: Fall, Winter, and Spring. In addition, the Journal hosts an annual Symposium on an important and timely topic in dispute resolution.
