We support a range of adults from ages 18 64, from young adults looking to move into their first home to friendship groups looking to remain together. Individuals may present with one or more of the following: Dual diagnosis (Intellectual disability with associated mental health disorders) Challenging needs Complex needs, including epilepsy or autistic spectrum Care Opportunities is a specialist independent social care provider for adults with mild, moderate to severe learning disabilities. Since being founded in 2005, Care Opportunities has delivered specialist health and social care within a safe supportive environment to individuals in Surrey and North Hampshire. We have a wealth of experience in providing both Residential Care and Supported Living Services to adults.
