In the early days recruitment was licenced by the DTI and nursing licences were issued by the local authority, this moved on to a registration with CSSI and all is now governed by CQC. This history is in our DNA, in 22 years time, no matter what changes have taken place, we will still be there at the forefront as we always have been. With every step change in authorisation and legislation, Careat has adopted changing policies and practices and supplies an ever improving level of compliant service for candidates to clients because we have grown with the industry. Careat is now based in Birmingham city centre and supplies all grades of Nursing this includes Registered General nurse - RGN Registered Mental nurse - RMN, Bands 5 to 9, Healthcare staff - HCA, Support Workers to the NHS and private Nursing and Care homes
