Career Returners

Career Returners (previously Women Returners) is a purpose-led consulting, coaching and network organisation which specialises exclusively in enabling the return to work of experienced professionals after an extended career break. Our mission is to remove the career break penalty. We pioneered the introduction and uptake of returner programmes into Europe, and now offer the majority of our services globally. We have worked on a partnership basis with over 170 employers across sectors to design and support successful returner initiatives, from returnships to business-as-usual supported hiring. Our tailored Career Returners Coaching Programme supports returners through the transition back to work. We regularly host return-to-work events, including our annual Women Returners Conference. We run the free-of-charge Career Returners Professional Network for over 9,000 members providing advice, support and inspiration to returning professional women.
