The Career Skills Development Society (CSDS) is the student body affiliated with the Career Guidance Unit of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. The CSDS is a prominent student association at the university, which aims to help and develop self-assessing, information-seeking, decision-making skills, and developing the skills needed to cope with working needs in a complex world.
