Careland Healthcare, founded in 2019, was started by Lydia, a registered nurse who qualified in 2015. Her aim - to provide high quality staffing nationally. After experiencing first hand the immense impact the staff shortages across the various healthcare settings she had worked at, Lydia knew she had to do something. Inspired by her time as a nurse, the pressures throughout the entire healthcare sector and her vision for better healthcare, Careland Healthcare was born. We pride ourselves on our extensive grasp of the sectors we provide to and ensure that our staff reflect our excellent work ethics.
