Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales

A network member of Carers Trust, we work to improve the lives of carers in Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion who provide care to relatives, friends or neighbours who are ill, frail, disabled or have mental health or addiction problems. We provide quality assured replacement care provision enabling carers to have short breaks and time for themselves. Through our Carers Information Service, carers are able to access free and confidential information, advice and support including a Carers Outreach Service, Young Adult Carers Project (for carers aged 16-25 years) and the Carers Educational Years Project (for young carers under 18)
