Caritas Czech Republic is a humanitarian non-governmental organization, and member of Caritas Internationalis network. It has been working in Iraq since April 2015 and is officially registered and authorized to work in both of KRI and GoI. It has its main office in Erbil, and coordination office in Baghdad. It currently operates in Dohuk, Kirkuk, Ninewa and Salah Al Din governorates along with its own field staff and local partners. It supports IDPs and returnees in rebuilding livelihoods and communities so that they recover from the crisis and live in safe and secure environment by implementing various projects
