Carolinas Aviation Museum

The Carolinas Aviation Museum is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization. The mission of the museum is to tell the stories of the people who shaped our aviation heritage, and inspire future generations to write aviations next chapter. Visitors can experience aircraft from the beginning of flight to the jet age. The collection includes a full scale replica of the Wright Flyer, a Piedmont DC-3, C-130, and the infamous "Miracle on the Hudson" USAirways Airbus A320 and much more. Education programs that use a STEM based approach are available for school groups. The museum can host functions and events in the main gallery for up to 250 people. Imagine having an event in a one of a kind atmosphere surrounded by a spectacular collection of aviation artifacts celebrating flight. Classroom and boardroom spaces are also available for smaller groups.
