Cascade Physicians PC

Cascade Physicians is a physician-run practice that was founded in 1992 with the merger of four leading medical groups that had provided care for decades in the Portland area. These physicians combined their efforts to preserve the practice of relationship-oriented primary care for the future. We operate Three clinical sites: Northwest Portland Tualatin Gresham Each site is conveniently located near the campuses of the Legacy Health System Good Samaritan Hospital, Meridian Park Hospital, and Mount Hood Medical Center. Each site has 2-7 physicians along with ancillary support staff, including medical assistants, on-site phlebotomists, lab and other diagnostic testing services, and nurse case managers. We participate in many national and state quality and coordinated care initiatives.
