John Falto is our principal consultant. He received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic and also a degree in business from the New York City Technical College with a specialty in accounting and marketing in 1981. Since then he has added certificates and licenses in real estate, individual and corporate taxation, consumer credit consulting, finance & mortgage brokerage, insurance such as life, accident, health and property & casualty, as well as variable investments. This has allowed John to be a fountain of solutions to thousands of people, in and around 8 states, including the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and 4 countries. John has described himself as a financial engineer that creates solutions for people to help them create and protect income.
