In the 23 years of its existence, the organization has grown from 1 part-time employee and a volunteer director to its current 10-member staff and 20-member board of trustees. As it has grown and matured into a seasoned organization, CASIEs scope of work and reach have paradoxically widened at the same time as they have become more focused.
