Centre for Business and Commercial Laws, NLIU

The Centre for Business and Commercial Laws was established in 2008 at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal (NLIU) as a Centre of Excellence, with the aim of generating awareness and facilitating research in the field of business and commercial laws. The Centre has been successfully organizing regular guest lectures, delivered by experts in the field of business law, has been organizing the Corporate Hour discussion series on a monthly basis for updating students with the developments of law in this area, and also started The CBCL Blog which invites submissions from students and practitioners on issues relevant to the areas of corporate law, law of arbitration, insolvency law, taxation law, and sports law. So far, the CBCL Blog has received positive reviews and feedback from both partners of firms and law students, alike.
