Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, ILNU

The Institute of Law, Nirma University engages in extensive research activities in various legal fields to promote research and understanding of the field. In pursuance of this objective, the Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (CIPR) was established in 2013 to enhance the intellectual property knowledge base and research capabilities of the country in general and the academia in particular. The Centre aims to achieve this through a two-fold strategy. Firstly, it organizes events and conducts activities to disseminate information on intellectual property rights to appraise the public in general. Secondly, it initiates research into relatively unexplored and novel areas. In lieu of these goals and to increase the reach of knowledge to more people, we have launched our Centre on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn wherein we will update IPR related news items, information about blog posts, various seminars and symposiums amongst others.
