The CMA (Support Medical Center) is a specialist in the management of unscheduled, intra-hospital care to safely enable the reorientation of non-urgent patients following a well-established and solid protocol, fine tuned with each SAU. The CMA also welcomes any patient by appointment, seeking unscheduled care, by appointment during the day or the next day. Thus avoiding their arrival in the Emergency Department for lack of rapid care. Successfully established in hospital centers in Ile de France and soon in other regions. The CMA has been an innovative organization since 2019. The Medical Center supports without replacing the SAU, and welcomes children and adults in general medicine cabins. The unified location enables fluid and risk-free reorientation for patients and the SAU.
