Cerebral Palsy Center

The Cerebral Palsy Center helps people with developmental disabilities have the chance at a better, richer life with as much independence as possible. Through the services we offer, our clients have a chance at finding a job, living independently, enjoying relationships with others, participating in hobbies and leisure activities and giving back to the community through volunteer work. Day Services at the Center consist of: * Facility Based - Teaching individuals how to take care of themselves, developing social skills, and providing a break for family care givers. * Community Based - Helping individuals become part of community life through volunteer work, YWCA and civic club memberships, and leisure activities. * Employment Services - Seeks employment through three programs, Supported Employment, Project SEARCH and the Transition Team, providing job aptitude assessment, job development, stabilization, job coaching and follow up support services.
