Ceska sporitelna penzijni spolecnost, a. s., was established by transforming Penzijni fond Ceske sporitelny, a. s., on 1st January 2013. Penzijni fond was established by the Articles of Association as a jointstock company on 24th August 1994, and came into existence by registering in the Registry at the Court in Prague on 23rd December 1994. The registered office is at Polackova 1976/2, 140 21, Prague 4. The companys registered capital amounts CZK 350 million. Ceska sporitelna has been its 100 % owner since March 2001. Until 31st December 2012 the core business was providing pension supplementary insurance under the Act on the pension supplementary insurance with government contribution no. 42/1994 Col., amended by Act no. 170/1999 Col., and 36/2004 Col.
