Cetin Civata; as the oldest company of the Tecde Group which is established in 1976 in Istanbul, Turkey, with its roots extending to 120 years ago. Cetin Civata is today one of the biggest cold forging fastener producers in Turkey for bolts, screws, and nuts. Cetin Civata produces standard and special parts according to customer requirements, having a production range of fasteners between M3 to M27 and up to 320 mm in length. All production processes in-house starting from wire preparation to packaging including annealing cold heading, rolling, heat treatment, coating, and %100 sorting. Cetin Civata has young machinery from first-class multi-station cold forging companies with combined cold headers and thread rollers. Besides that Cetin Civata has also 6 heat treatment lines which are running as per CQI 9- regulations for serving its wide range of high tensile productsup to 12,9 quality.
