Chambers is a group of companies that primarily perform property services. Our main business is in property and facility management. Our supporting services include property valuation and property leasing. As a group, we manage over 180 projects in Singapore including government projects, MNC projects, and Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) projects including Residential, Mixed-Use Developments, Retail, Office, and Industrial developments. We currently serve UOB, HDB and JTC on their panel of Valuers primarily for mortgage loans. Lastly, we also serve some private clients in managing the tenancy leases, searching for new tenants and/or renewals of their tenants for their privately held buildings or units.
