Founded in Australia, the first of the CHANG studios opened at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast in October 2020 with a fresh approach to class-based training. The introduction of cross training has been established and cemented in a way never thought possible, CHANG takes that a step further - a complete fusion of exercise, mental wellness and lifestyle. The brand was conceptualised by a trio of fitness and business experts, Pete Haselhurst, Emma Pearson and Lucy Francis to change the cookie-cutter approach to fitness in Australia, creating a movement of real change that welcomes its community to experience a new lifestyle journey together.
