In the early 1970s our founder, Fil Capuano, found himself in the UK, plying his trade as an apprentice, working on and among some of the Grand Victorian Estate homes. Captivated by the artistry of the skilled craftsmen he was privileged to labour under, he had a vision to continue in the traditions of these craftsmen of yesteryear. Following in the footsteps of both his builder father Fausto and his Uncle Mike he established Chatsworth Fine Homes in his new home of Canada. Chatsworth carries on this time honoured tradition with the same painstaking attention to detail in every luxury home it builds. Our Name In homage to the English Stately home Chatsworth House and with reverence for its olde world craftmanship, Chatsworth Fine homes was born.
