Cheaney Shoes Ltd is an independent British owned quality shoemaker based in Desborough Northamptonshire. The company Joseph Cheaney was founded in 1886 and still produces welted footwear entirely manufactured in the same English factory. Cheaney was purchased from the Prada Group in 2009 by cousins William and Jonathan Church, whos family involvement in the UK shoe industry stretches back over five generations.
