Chez nous is the project to launch an eco-responsible place, mixing a zero waste restaurant with do-it-yourself workshops to learn how to reduce its environmental impact. We are part of a process of total traceability of our products, coming from short circuits and 100% Belgian Kingdom! In Belgium, the seasons changes and so does our menu. Our cuisine is in line with the zero waste philosophy. We want to promote Belgian local products as much as possible, and more precisely Brussels products. Opting for Belgian fruits and vegetables that follow the rhythm of the seasons is very beneficial for the environment and will allow you to rediscover a lot of flavours and please your stomach. Our philosophy: good, healthy, local and without food waste! From this comes the little dishes to share: at ZERO it is not at will it is to your satisfaction.
