Chicago Chop Shop

Housed in a 100-year-old former auto body shop, the Chop Shop is a butcher, deli, bar, restaurant and state-of-the-art venue. Our event space is 6,000 square feet and hosts concerts, charity, corporate, culinary and art events. These three concepts bring together some of Chicagos favorite things: encased meat, cocktails and live entertainment. Chop Shop offers an array of fresh sandwiches and salads to enjoy in-house or to go. Our menu sources seasonal fare from local farms and the in-house butcher. What truly sets Chop Shop apart is its accessibility to great cuts of meat at an affordable price. Seating for dinner is available in the oversized booths and bar on the first floor known as the Butcher Bar with bar bites and specials, or head upstairs to the Butchers Brother for a more intimate dining experience.
