Chicamocha National Park

The Chicamocha National Park, also known as PANACHI, is the most important touristic destination of Santander, located 54 km from Bucaramanga on the way to San Gil. Managed by the Parque Nacional del Chicamocha Corporation, a non-profit organization, we work for the socioeconomic development of the region as an initiative of the Government of Santander and the Bucaramanga Chamber of Commerce, its founders. Located strategically in the middle of the Chicamocha Canyon since 2006, the Chicamocha National Park offers an overview of the culture and history of the region to national and international tourists who visit and have contact to what represents the Santareniaridad and the charm of our community. This combined with the adventurous and fun attractions we offer as well as the 6.3 km cableway with 39 panoramic cabins only one in the world located at a canyon the Chicamocha National Park is a reason to be the Pride of the people of Santander.
